• Custom-made or personalized items, as well as perishable goods, are non-returnable unless defective.

• Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
• Ship the product to the return address provided by our team. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or an error was made by MyLoveDogToys.

• Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
Refund Process

Exchanges
